The client had two major challenges: completing the project within a very close timeline and ensuring that existing interiors were not damaged. Since interiors were completed before fire fighting works, K.P. Transport required us to execute the fire safety installation with zero rework and no compromise on aesthetics. Additionally, the client emphasized using high-quality branded products to ensure long-term safety, reliability, and compliance with statutory requirements.

1. Designed and installed a complete fire hydrant and sprinkler system with 100% office coverage.
2. Established a dedicated fire pump room with controllers and backup systems.
3. Supplied and placed portable fire extinguishers at strategic hazard points.
4. Installed an addressable fire alarm system for faster detection and response.
5. Provided and fitted fire-rated doors to enhance compartmentalization and evacuation safety.
6. Assisted the client with Fire NOC compliance and approvals from local authorities.
7. Executed the entire project without damaging the interiors, ensuring concealed piping and seamless finish.
Project Description
We successfully executed a turnkey fire safety project for K.P. Transport Corporate Office at Morwadi. The project involved end-to-end design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems. Our scope included fire hydrant systems, fire sprinklers, a dedicated pump room, fire extinguishers, addressable fire alarm systems, and certified fire doors. The objective was to create a fully compliant and safe workplace that aligns with national fire safety standards, while ensuring modern aesthetics and functionality of a corporate office.
