Customer Requirement:
The client had taken an existing establishment on rent and needed fire safety compliance executed on utmost priority. Their end client’s audit demanded Fire NOC approval as a condition for supply chain management. The key challenges were the urgency of timelines, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations, and delivering a reliable, standards-compliant installation that could pass inspections and secure the necessary approvals.

What we did:
1. Appointed an architect from our end to prepare as-built drawings and coordinate approvals. 2. Obtained provisional Fire NOC and final Fire NOC from local fire authorities. 3. Executed complete design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and NOC compliance. 4. Provided Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) support for long-term fire safety reliability. 5. Designed and installed addressable fire alarm, fire sprinkler, hydrant, and suppression systems across 5577.54 sq.m. 6. Established a dedicated fire pump room and fire water tank for reliable firefighting supply. 7. Installed transformer medium velocity spray system and water curtain system for additional fire risk protection. 8. Integrated tube suppression system for localized protection in critical areas. 9. Delivered a complete turnkey solution on priority without disrupting ongoing factory operations.
Project Description
We executed a turnkey fire safety project for Amey Finishing Solution Pvt. Ltd., Kuruli, Khed, Pune covering a total area of 5577.54 sq.m. This was a brownfield project, which made execution highly challenging as the factory was fully operational. Without stopping the manufacturing process, we successfully completed the installation and commissioning of multiple advanced fire protection systems. Our scope included addressable fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system, fire hydrant system, dedicated fire pump room, fire water tank, transformer medium velocity spray system, water curtain system, and tube suppression system. The result was a fully compliant and safe industrial facility that met client and statutory standards.
