We began as a specialist fire-fighting and fire-detection company, executing hydrant, sprinkler, pump room and fire alarm systems as per NBC, IS and NFPA. After delivering 500+ projects for industries, IT parks, warehousing, healthcare and institutions, we evolved into a complete MEP-F solutions partner — design to supply to commissioning — under one trusted name.

From Pune we support industrial belts across PCMC, MIDC, Chakan, Talegaon and Ranjangaon, where customers want quick site response, drawings that match authority norms, and a team that can also help in Fire NOC, CEIG, and documentation. Sagar Kulkarni founded National Fire Protection Armour, a proprietorship registered in Mansi Kulkarni's name. The first order was ₹25,000 worth of fire extinguishers, delivered by a team of two.

The order we weren't qualified for

Swiggy approached us for gas pipeline work on their cloud kitchens — outside our core expertise at the time. We took it anyway, delivered, and the fire fighting scope followed shortly after.

Two years of continuous PAN-India execution. We opened offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai, with Pune remaining head office, and crossed 100 people on the team.

Class-A licence, all three categories

After meeting every criterion set by Maharashtra Fire Services, we were granted a Class-A licence across all three categories — and have held it without interruption since.

The year the sites closed

Fire fighting execution cannot be done remotely. When sites shut, our work stopped with them. We consolidated back to the Pune head office and closed the rest. During the same period we supplied oxygen cylinders to hospitals and care facilities.

Barbeque Nation, and our first government work

As sites reopened, Barbeque Nation brought us back to PAN-India execution — every outlet they opened between 2021 and 2025. The same year we won fire fighting work for around 15 primary health centres across Nashik district for PWD Maharashtra.

Incorporated as a private limited company

Sagar and Mansi Kulkarni incorporated the business as a private limited company. The QSR portfolio widened to Third Wave Coffee, Haldiram, Toscano and Salut — and we began supplying UL-approved kitchen suppression systems across those accounts.

First major industrial client

Badve Engineering — now Belrise Industries — at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. QSR gave us volume across many small orders; industrial gave us fewer sites at far higher value. That shift changed what kind of contractor we were.

Our largest single contract to date is currently on site. We have also extended beyond fire fighting into MEP, delivering MEP support for the CtrlS data centre at Navi Mumbai.

Fifty people, and the work stays in-house

Most contractors at our size subcontract fabrication and site labour. We don't. Our welders and helpers are on our payroll, which is what lets us hold a schedule across several sites at once and stand behind the workmanship afterwards.
